Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both you and us. Generally, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in this policy.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:
You experienced significant technical issues that prevented you from using the service, and our support team was unable to resolve them.
You made an accidental duplicate purchase.
You have not used any tokens or grading features in the current billing cycle (at our discretion).
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
We typically do not issue refunds for:
Change of mind after using the service.
Partially used subscription periods.
Unused tokens at the end of a billing cycle (unless rolled over per plan terms).
Dissatisfaction with AI grading results (as AI is a support tool, not a replacement for human judgment).
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically generate a refund for the remaining time.
5. EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days. However, by starting to use the service (e.g., grading a submission), you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.
